Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (as on 01 March 2026)

• Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 – 45 years

• Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 – 40 years

• Manager (Grade B): 25 – 35 years

• Junior Assistant Manager (Security Officer – Grade O): Up to 50 years (including relaxations)

Age Relaxation (as per Government/Bank rules):

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

• PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / 1984 Riot Affected: As per rules

2. Educational Qualification & Experience (Post-wise Summary)

All candidates must have relevant full-time post-qualification experience in BFSI / IT / FinTech / Large Corporate (training/internship not counted).

• Audit – IS (Grade C): B.E/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science/Electronics etc.) or MCA/M.Sc (IT) or Graduate + CISA certification + minimum 7 years experience (4 years in IS Audit / Cyber Security).

• Risk Management – Information Security: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT/Computer Science) + 7 years (Grade C) or 4 years (Grade B) experience in Information/Cyber Security.

• IT & MIS (All Grades): B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in relevant IT fields (60% marks preferred) + relevant certifications + 10 years (DGM) / 7 years (AGM) / 4 years (Manager) experience in IT/MIS/BFSI.

• Security Officer (Grade O): 12th Pass / Diploma + minimum 15 years regular service as Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force with exemplary service record.
