Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026)
Junior Executive posts & Secretary BPCL: Maximum 32 years (General/EWS)
Associate Executive posts: Maximum 35 years
Junior Executive (Accounts): 30–35 years
Age Relaxation:
OBC-NCL: 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwBD: Additional 10/13/15 years (as applicable)
Ex-Servicemen and other categories: As per Government of India guidelines (maximum cumulative relaxation is 10 years).
Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 01 April 2026)
All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions. Minimum percentage of marks (aggregate, no rounding off):
Junior Executive (Engineering): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Civil/Chemical Engineering (55% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 5 years post-qualification relevant experience (including at least 1 year in supervisory/managerial role) in oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, pipelines, or terminals.
Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduation (any discipline, 55% marks) + CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate + 5 years relevant experience in finance & accounts.
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM (55% marks) + 5 years experience (minimum 3 years in facility management, QSR, retail, or hospitality).
Secretary BPCL: 10th + 12th + 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (each with 55% marks) + 5 years secretarial experience.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical/Polymer) (60% marks) + 3 years laboratory experience in petroleum/oil & gas/petrochemical sector.
Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation): Master’s Degree in Hindi (55% marks) + English studied up to 12th/Graduation level + 3 years experience in Hindi-English translation and official language work.
