This special recruitment drive is exclusively for eligible dependent family members of Assam Rifles personnel who made the supreme sacrifice or faced extreme service-related hardships.

This recruitment is strictly reserved for dependent family members of Assam Rifles personnel who fall under any of the following categories:

• Died while in service

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• General: 18 to 28 years

• Rifleman / Riflewoman (GD): Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
